There’s a saying that has echoed in my heart for as long as I can remember: “Health is our true wealth.”
Not the kind that sits in a bank account or hangs in a closet, but the kind that allows us to show up for our lives fully—energized, resilient, and aligned with our purpose.
I didn’t always see things this way.
As a trained Australian physician, I spent years practicing conventional medicine—grateful for the tools of diagnosis and treatment, yet quietly aware that something was missing.
I saw too many people treated but not healed… patched up but not transformed. I found myself asking,
“What if true healing means more than just managing symptoms?
What if we’re meant to thrive, not just survive?”
Those question became the turning point.
I followed my curiosity, eventually stepping into the world of integrative and functional health.
I studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, diving deep into the root causes of imbalance—nutrition, stress, toxins, mindset, and more.
I didn’t just want to treat illness anymore. I wanted to empower people to reclaim their vitality.
That shift changed everything.
Today, as a Functional Health Coach, bestselling author, and international speaker, I have the privilege of guiding individuals—especially women navigating the complexities of modern life—back to their core truth: your body is brilliantly designed to heal, and your wellness is worth fighting for.
