Are you ready for a nutrition makeover? Usually at this time of the year we are craving to get back in control of our eating. In my work with clients I know “baby steps” are the solution to getting back on track.
One important step is to prepare more home-cooked meals. If you are like me this is a scary idea as I have very few cooking skills and even less time to shop and prepare and cook. In fact I could belong to a “Cooking for the Non Cooks Group”. It is packed with nutrition tips, meal plans, healthy snack ideas, shopping lists, quick preparation tips, low glycemic tables, how to prepare vegetables, fridge to freezer prep and even how to stock your pantry!
