I love salads and I have to say I make GREAT salads. Everyone loves them! The secret is in part the salad dressing which is : Balsamic Vinegar with Olive Oil and crushed garlic. I put everything in my salads and even quinoa ! Here are my favorite salad ingredients
Cucumber, Red Bell Peppers, Grated carrots, Broccoli Slaw, Spinach, Cilantro, Cherry Tomatoes, Quinoa, Bean Sprouts, Feta CHeese (or goat cheese) and add the dressing and you have a delicious and nutritious snack, meal or side dish
