The Sugar Rehab Recipe today is a BREAKFAST recipe. I absolutely loved this breakfast this morning and it was the first time I had made it. I loved the crunchy taste of the flax seed on top and the sweetness of blueberries and almond milk. Even unsweetened almond milk is sweet!
Quinoatmeal
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3/4 cup fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Mix 1/2 cup cooked quinoa and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk in small pot and heat through. Top with berries and flaxseed
