It is turkey day tomorrow! Here is how I keep my day healthy.
- Start the day with warm water and lemon (Great for detoxing)
- Good cardio work out in the morning – a 1 hour spin class will burn about 500 calories (for a 150 pound person) which is about a cup of homemade bread pudding.
- Drink lots of water ALL day long
- Focus on an attitude of gratitude ALL day! That is exercise in itself!
- Make-your-own-salad and vegetable platter and take it wherever you are visiting
- Eat SLOWLY. You will feel fuller faster.
- Fill up on a Vegetable platter BEFORE the big meal.
- No second helpings!
- Fruit for sweets
- Walk AFTER Thanksgiving dinner
