Core Strength Boot Camp Made Easy

Today at Boot Camp we did a series of ten core strength exercises that required no machines or equipment. Just an area to work out and a timer to set the minute intervals. I am going to make a video of each of these ten exercises so you know how to do them and you can take it everywhere you go. You can do these in a hotel room, in your backyard, in an empty room in the house. Anywhere. No excuses!. In case you can’t read the board, here are the ten exercises

  1. Crunches
  2. Burpees
  3. V-Ups
  4. Knee Ups
  5. Twist Abs
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Reverse Twist Abs
  8. Jumping Jacks
  9. Heel Abs
  10. Flutter Kicks
