- Do not skip meals.
- Eat protein with every meal.
- Have your breakfast within 1 hour of rising.
- Do not undereat.
- Eat every 2 -3 hours.
- Eat unlimited amounts of green vegetables.
- Eat protein and good quality carbs as snacks.
- Stop counting calories.
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
- Stop eating at 7pm at night.
