Will you be my Mentor? In her book Lean In, Sheryl Sandberg has a great chapter discussing finding a mentor. Here is a great quote from the book;
“We need to stop telling young people, “Get a mentor and you will excel.” Instead, we need to tell them, “Excel and you will get a Mentor.”
