New Year Resolutions Don’t Work – Here’s Why

Do you set New Year Resolutions? Many of us set them based on something we don’t want in our life. Maybe you don’t want those extra pounds or don’t want to smoke or don’t want sugar cravings. It is only natural for us to want to fight against what is not working in our life. Yet, fighting against it does not lead to lasting change. I believe we need to love change into existence. That means finding the gift in what you have right now !!

Maybe you want to lose a few pounds, but what about your body do you appreciate right now? How could being “lighter”  bring more joy in to your life?
