Want to leap into health and longevity with me?

After years of high animal protein,low carbohydrate diet, I  am taking a drastic leap into health and longevity and doing a 30 Day RAW FOOD challenge to take my nutritional plan to the next level in a supportive community. Did you know that cooking oils, animal proteins, starches and sugars can create a host of substances that affect our cells? They have been shown to impair immune function, longevity, alter DNA, accelerate aging, increase inflammation and increase our cancer risk.

Amazing what people can do when they come together. I never thought I would do something like this but I  have been inspired by others who are dong this. My wellness team has been working, playing and visioning. I’m ready to take my health to a whole other level I want to really add value to the world.

Eating fresh, live food nourishes our body, boosts longevity, calms cravings and helps us feel energized. Eating a 100 percent raw diet is one of the most radically transforming and healing ways to eat. People with cancer, autoimmune conditions and arthritis have experienced some of the most amazing results by eating a simple, clean, raw diet. 100 percent raw is not  something I would  choose to do lifelong. My plan is to be 80%  plant based long term.

I am not trying to push my dietary ideals onto others. I am doing the 30 Day RAW challenge to take my nutritional plan to the next level in a supportive community. I will be trying new clean recipes and shopping lists as I find I get in a rut with preparing the same foods all the time. I will be exploring more recipes with whole foods and without cooking like Fresh “Pad Thai” without the meat and noodles!  Just cut, blend, mix 👌🏽 My husband will not be joining me on the challenge but he will have the benefit of trying new whole foods we have not had before. I trust my deep dive into this challenge will inspire people to live a better life.
