Gluten Free Lasagna Recipe

You’ll be surprised how easy this gluten free lasagna recipe is to make!
For this recipe you will need:

  • lean ground turkey
  • low fat cottage cheese
  • gluten free spaghetti sauce
  • gluten free lasagna noodles

STEP 1 – Turn oven on 350 degrees and on stove top cook  turkey meat and mix with spaghetti sauce and your favorite spices.

STEP 2 – Cover bottom of your lasagna pan with this and top with half of cottage cheese container

STEP 3 – Cover with a layer of uncooked rice  lasagna noodles

STEP 4 – Repeat STEP 2 with another layer of sauce mix and cottage cheese on top

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
